Courtesy Visit to Malaysia’s Deputy Prime Minister Office, YB Dato’ Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamid

Al-Madinah International University (MEDIU) hosted an official visit to YB Dato’ Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi, Malaysia’s Deputy Prime Minister Office by MEDIU’s Board of Governance on Thursday, 10 March 2016. The delegation visit was led by His Serene Highness Prince Dr. Bandar bin Salman bin Muhammad AlSaud;University Chairman and Former Advisor to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques along with university’s council members namel Dr. Abdul Bari Awwadh AlThobaiti; Imam and Speaker of The Prophet’s Mosque, Dr. Yahya Ibrahim A. Al Yahya, Prof.Dr.Ashraf Md.Hashim, Prof.Datuk Syed Omar Syed Mohamad Al-Saggaf,  and CEO; Prof. Dr. Mohammed bin Khalifa Al-Tamimi.

Dato’ Seri Dr. Ahmad Zahid Hamidi expressed his appreciation for the visit by MEDIU’s top management in a collaborative network and ongoing efforts in the field of education in Malaysia. HSH Prince Dr.Bandar state through a comprehensive and contemporary education offered by the university will develop a unique and pioneering research in the Islamic filed with the goal of becoming one of the international Islamic educational institutions in Malaysia. He states that the university is keen to support the education sector in Malaysia in order to maintain the quality of higher education outcomes and exresses his gratitude to the Government of Malaysia in general and the Ministry of Higher Education Malaysia in particularly towards the university’s progressive education achevements.
