Visit by Former Deputy Minister of Education, Dato’ Haji Khalid Yunos

Al-Madinah International University (MEDIU) hosted an honored guest, Dato’ Haji Khalid Yunos; Former Deputy Minister of Education, Deputy Minister of Information and Deputy Minister of Land and Regional Development on Wednesday, 13 January 2016. The honoured guest was welcomed by MEDIU’s Honorable CEO; Prof. Dr. Mohammad Khalifa Al-Tamimi along with the Deputy CEO of Academic Affairs Division; Assoc.Prof.Dr Hj. Wan Mat Hj Sulaiman, Deputy CEO of Research and Development; Assoc. Prof. Dr. AB Rahim Ismail, Deputy CEO of Students Affairs Division; Prof. Dr. Hj. Wan Sulaiman Bin Wan Yusoff, Dean of Faculty of Engineering; Prof. Ir. Dr. Wan Mahmood Wan Ab. Majid and PR Coordinator; Mr. Ahmad Fallatah.

The honored guest expressed his privileged of visiting MEDIU and meeting with Honorable CEO as well as expressed his admiration on MEDIU’s establishment in the Malaysia. Prof. Dr. Mohammad Khalifa Al-Tamimi briefed the honored guest on the level the University’s has reached in using the modern technology in support to the e-learning process. Honorable CEO states that Malaysia is also knows as kiblah of knowledge seekers for students from all over the world; thus it has attracted diversity cultural of students to pursue their education here in MEDIU. University’ introduction presentation, its goals as well as the faculties and programs available and educational administrative process were presented by Mr.Ahmad Fallatah. At the end of the visit, a token of appreciation were given to the honored guest and were taken for a short tour to view the University’s facilities.
