MEDIU’s CEO; Prof. Dr. Mohammad Khalifa Al-Tamimi chaired the 41st Academic Senate Meeting for the year 2015 on Wednesday, 30 December 2015. The meeting was attended by Deputy CEO from all respective departments and academic deans. Throughout the session, various agenda on academic areas were being addressed and discoursed amongst the senate members.
Among the discussions that have been agreed and approved by the senate members are as follows:
- To approve on the mechanism of registering the ‘Research Methodology’ subject for postgraduate students for the intake of Feb 2016.
- To register the subject for postgraduate students (Structure A) in the first semester.
- To register the subject for full time students and MBA students (Structure B) in the second semester .
- To register the subject for part time students (Structure B) in the third semester .
- To register the subject in the beginning of third semester for full time students (Structure C)
- To register the subject in the beginning of fourth semester for part time students (Structure C).
- To accept the students applying for Master in Qada and Siyasah Shar’iyyah from different specialization with the requirement of taking the following subjects:
