MEDIU participated in the International Seminar of Al-Quran, USIM

Al-Madinah International University (MEDIU) participated in the 4th International Seminar of Al-Quran with the theme “Embrace Quran as Enrichment of the Ummah”.  The seminar was held in Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia (USIM) on 7 October 2015. The conference was organised by the Faculty of Qur’an and Sunnah of Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia (USIM) and was officiated by YB Senator Dato’ Dr Asyraf Wajdi Datuk Dusuki, Deputy Minister of the Prime Minister’s Department.

MEDIU’s were represented by Dean Faculty of Languages and Director Centre of Language, Assoc. Prof.Dr Daud Abdul Quadir Elega and Head Department of Arabic Language, Asst. Prof. Dr. Elsayed Mohamed Salem. The seminar aims to make Al-Quran as the main source for national development, act on the findings of the latest research of therevelations of the Quran as well as to bring awareness to the community on any contemporary issues related to the Quran as well as a platform for academics expertise to discuss on the latest scientific insights in the field of study of the Quran and Sunnah.
