3/2015 Executive Management Council(EMC) Meeting

MEDIU’s CEO; Prof. Dr. Mohammad Khalifa Al-Tamimi chaired the 3^rd Executive Management Council (EMC) meeting on Friday, 9 January 2015. The meeting was attended by Deputy CEO’s from all respective departments as well as executive management level. Various agenda were being addressed and discoursed in the meeting.

The EMC has agreed and approved on the matters as follows:

• To approve on the Advisory Panel for Civil Engineering Department as follows:

  2. Dato Sri Ir. Mohd Zin Mohamed (Member)
  3. Ir. Dr.Suhaimi Abdul Talib (Member)

  5. Ir. Dr. Mohamed Jamil Sulaiman (Member)
• To approve on the Advisory Panel for Electrical Engineering Department as follows:
  1. Datin Ir. Dr. Shah Rizam Bt Mohd Shah Baki (Chairman)
  2. Dr. Kaharuddin Dimyati (Member)
  3. Prof.Dr Syed Abdul Kadel Shaikh AlJunid (Member)
  4. Prof. Dr.Nooritawati Md Tahir (Member)

• To assign Assoc.Prof.Dr.Ssekamanya Siraje Abdullah as external examiner for Faculty of Education (Educational Psychology Programs)
• To approve the date of Sept 2014 semester closing on 8 January 2015.
• To approve on the endorsement of final exams (except special exams) on 12 Jan 2015.
• To approve on the special exams on 19/1 – 21/1 for all students OC & OL
• To approve on the second endorsement of special exams on 27 Jan 2015.
• To approve to endorse on the termination & graduation students on 29 Jan 2015.
