MEDIU 22nd Executive Management Council (EMC) Meeting

MEDIU’s CEO; Prof. Dr. Mohammad Khalifa Al-Tamimi chaired its 22^nd EMC meeting for 2014 on Tuesday, 3 June 2014. The meeting was attended by Deputy CEO’s from all respective departments as well as executive management level. Various agenda were being addressed and discoursed in the meeting.

The EMC has agreed and approved on the matters as follows:

• To renew the tenancy agreement for Level 8 office for the Female staff.
• To purchase a motorbike, to utilize urgent office matters and to avoid congested traffic.
• To approve the recommendation of the standard duration to accomplish the task of register the graduates to ministry’s system is two days from status SRM to status FRA.
• To approve the recommendation of the standard duration to accomplish the task of issue the offer letter for undergraduate students is five working days from document complete (DC) status to issue offer letter (OL) status.
• To approve the recommendation of the standard duration to accomplish the task of issue the certificates is 60 days from status STP to status SFT.
• The standard duration to accomplish the task of issue offer letter to students who apply from Admissions Committee status (CO) to notice of acceptance status (OL) is five working days.
• To approve the recommendation of the standard duration to accomplish the related documents on Visa status from status (VDC) complete documents to the status of (EMGS) submit to the company.
