9/2016 Academic Senate Meeting

MEDIU’s CEO; Prof. Dr. Mohammad Khalifa Al-Tamimi chaired the 9^th Academic Senate Meeting on Friday, 19 February 2016. The meeting was attended by Deputy CEO from all respective departments and academic deans. Throughout the session, various agenda on academic areas were being addressed and discoursed amongst the senate members.

Among the discussions that have been agreed and approved by the senate members are as follows:

• To award the student [PFQ133AZ324] majoring PhD in Fiqh (By Research).
• To approve on the final results of 14 on campus/on line students of bachelor programs in the Faculty of Computer and Information Technology for Sept 2015 semester.
• To approve on the termination of 22 bachelor students in the Faculty of Languages according to Article 32 of Examination Rules and Regulation.
• To approve on the termination of 112 bachelor students in the Faculty of Islamic Sciences according to Article 32 of Examination Rules and Regulation.
• To approve on the termination of 2 bachelor students in the Faculty of Engineering according to Article 32 of Examination Rules and Regulation.
• To approve on the termination of 89 bachelor students in the Faculty of Finance and Administrative Sciences according to Article 32 of Examination Rules and Regulation.
• To approve on the termination of 50 bachelor students in the Faculty of Computer and Information Technology according to Article 32 of Examination Rules and Regulation.
