9/2015 Academic Senate Meeting

MEDIU’s CEO; Prof. Dr. Mohammad Khalifa Al-Tamimi chaired the 9^th Academic Senate Meeting for the year 2015 on Friday, 27 February 2015. The meeting was attended by Deputy CEO from all respective departments and academic deans. Throughout the session, various agenda on academic areas were being addressed and discoursed amongst the senate members.

Among the discussions that have been agreed and approved by the senate members are as follows:

• To look into DEPS recommendation of enhancing ‘Research Methodology’ subject and requirements in order to start his/her thesis writing,
• To enroll applicant [ADM15BJ327] through open-entry for Master of Business Administration (Full Time)
• To approve on Faculty of Islamic Sciences students (OC/OL) mark appeals for Sept 2014.
• To approve on Faculty of Education student (OC) mark appeals for Sept 2014.
• To approve on Faculty of Islamic Sciences and Faculty of Languages students (OL) mark appeals for Sept 2014.
