MEDIU 59th Executive Management Council (EMC) Meeting

MEDIU’s CEO; Prof. Dr. Mohammad Khalifa Al-Tamimi chaired its 59^th EMC meeting for 2014 on Friday, 31 October 2014. The meeting was attended by Deputy CEO’s from all respective departments as well as executive management level. Various agenda were being addressed and discoursed in the meeting.

The EMC has agreed and approved on the matter as follow:

• To approve on the distribution of subjects of on-campus lecturers for the Faculty of Engineering (Nov 2014).
• To appoint ‘Eng.Azzuldzeen Ali Ahmad’ as full time lecturer, Faculty of Engineering in the Department of Civil Engineering.
• To appoint ‘Dr. Awos N Aldory’ as full time lecturer, Faculty of Engineering in the Department of Civil Engineering.
• To appoint ‘Eng.Ahmad Hassan’ as full time lecturer, Faculty of Engineering in the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering.
• To approve on the recommendation by Research and Development Division to form the committee and members as follows:

Publishing and Authoring Committee

  1. To release ‘Mr.Ammar Bathich’ from the Editorial Board Membership
  2. To release ‘Mr.Mohammed Al-Khawlani’ as Deputy Chief Editor
  3. To assign ‘Mr.Wael Yafuz’ as Member of the Editorial Board
  4. To assign ‘ Dr.Mamoun Jamous’ as Deputy Chief Editor of the Editorial Board
  5. To assign ‘Mr.Malik Moustafa’ as General Secretary of the Editorial Board
