MEDIU’s 58th Executive Management Council (EMC) Meeting

MEDIU’s CEO; Prof. Dr. Mohammad Khalifa Al-Tamimi chaired its 58^th EMC meeting for 2014 on Tuesday, 28 October 2014. The meeting was attended by Deputy CEO’s from all respective departments as well as executive management level. Various agenda were being addressed and discoursed in the meeting.

The EMC has agreed and approved on the matter as follow:

• To withdraw the non-active students for Sept 2014 intake due to not attending classes and opening ALIM since registration.
• To approve on the MoU signing with Idrissi International School, Malaysia.
• To appoint ‘Mohammad Oudat’ as Registrar Office Manager.
• To distribute Mr. Aiman Abdullah Mohamed tasks as follow due to his resignation:
  1. Assign Mr.Mohammad Oudat – Secretary, Academic Council
  2. Prof. Dr Mohammed Abdulrazzaq Nasser – Secretary, Staff Welfare Fund
  3. Prof Dr Hj. Wan Mat Hj Sulaiman – Certificates Stamp
  4. Fuad Ahmad bin Umar Al As – U1 documents and drawings matters
  5. Basem Esmail & Mr.Muslim – UNIQue organization matters
• To look into the mechanism on the recruitment of the administrative staff through the committee as follows:
  1. Deputy CEO, Academic Affairs Division – Chairman
  2. Manager, Administrative Affairs Division
  3. Representative from the vacant position department.
  4. Human Resources Manager – Secretary
  5. Deputy Manager, Administrative Affairs Division
