MEDIU 56th Executive Management Council (EMC) Meeting

MEDIU’s CEO; Prof. Dr. Mohammad Khalifa Al-Tamimi chaired its 56^th EMC meeting for 2014 on Monday, 20 October 2014. The meeting was attended by Deputy CEO’s from all respective departments as well as executive management level. Various agenda were being addressed and discoursed in the meeting.

The EMC has agreed and approved on the matter as follow:

• To redistribute the (online) subject distribution to ‘Mohammed Alkhawlani’ and ‘Dr.Shaker Bani Melhem’ and to waive ‘Abdulkadir Mohamed Osman’ tuition fees for Sept 2014.
• To redistribute the (online) subjects distribution as per EMC meeting minutes No: MEDIUMYGOV5.3.1(14)045  for ‘Adamu Aualo’ due to some technical problems and to waive tuition fees for Sept 2014.
• To approve on opening ‘Self-study Course’ for Islamic Law of Contract by Assoc.Prof.Dr.Ismail Mat.
• To approve part time contract for ‘Dr.Waled Hasan Mustafa’ to teach ‘Studies in The Critical Appraisal of The Chain of Transmission’ and ‘Studies in The Sciences of Sunnah’.
• To approve on the subject distribution intake Sept 2014 for ‘Dr.Mohammed Alazab’.
• To approve part time contract for ‘Dr.Hussain Al-Zomi’ to teach ‘Al-Quran Interpretation (for Quran Major) 5.
• To appoint ‘ Dr.Mamoun Jamous’ as committee in the long term plan for Scopus publishing.
