5/2016 Academic Senate Meeting

MEDIU’s CEO; Prof. Dr. Mohammad Khalifa Al-Tamimi chaired the 5^th Academic Senate Meeting on Thursday, 28 January 2016. The meeting was attended by Deputy CEO from all respective departments and academic deans. Throughout the session, various agenda on academic areas were being addressed and discoursed amongst the senate members.

Among the discussions that have been agreed and approved by the senate members are as follows:

• To award the student [PEP131BA577] majoring PhD of Education-Educational Psychology (By Research)
• To approve on the final results of Master programs for Sept 2015 semester for the Faculty of Islamic Sciences (Structure B and C) as follows:
  • On Campus – Sept 2014-2015, Feb 2014-2015
  • On Line – Sept 2010-2015, Feb 2011-2015
• To approve on the final results of Master programs for Sept 2015 semester for the Faculty of Computer and Information Technology (Structure B and C) as follows:
  • On Campus – Sept 2013-2015, Feb 2014-2015
  • On Line – Sept 2011,2015, Feb 2014-2015
• To approve on the final results of Master programs for Sept 2015 semester for the Faculty of Languages (Structure B and C) as follows:
  • On Campus – Sept 2014, 2015, Feb 2014-2015
  • On Line – Sept 2010,2014-2015, Feb 2013-2014
• To approve on the final results of 9 graduating students (on campus/on line) of bachelor programs in the Faculty of Finance and Administrative Sciences for Sept 2015 semester.
• To approve on the final results of 6 graduating students (on campus/on line) of bachelor programs in the Faculty of Computer and Information Technology for Sept 2015 semester.
• To approve on the final results of 6 graduating students (on campus/on line) of bachelor programs in the Faculty of Languages for Sept 2015 semester.
• To approve on the final results of 38 graduating students (on campus/on line) of bachelor programs in the Faculty of Islamic Sciences for Sept 2015 semester.
