MEDIU organized a gathering to present on the achievements for the 4th Quarter of 2015 on Friday, 8 January 2016. The gathering was presented to all MEDIU’s employees in the presence of MEDIU’s CEO; Prof. Dr. Mohammad Khalifa Al-Tamimi accompanied by the University’s management. MEDIU’s CEO stressed up how the teamwork plays an important role to success. He also urged the staff to perform and expressed his acknowledgement to those who are dedicated in ensuring all the objectives achieved.
The University managed to achieved 89.08% for the fourth quarter of 2015. While the percentage of late objectives is 0%, suspended 2.43%, carried forward is 7.50% and remaining 0.99% objectives were dropped. In order to increase the working spirit and appreciate the effort of the staff, MEDIU rewarded the best staff who achieved their targets and accomplished their tasks as well as raising the level of quality and efficiency.
The honored ‘Best Staff of the Month’ for the 4th Quarter of 2015 as below:
- Nur Syafika Farhana Suhaimi from Financial Affairs Division (October)
- Abdoulaye Mahamat Zakariya Registrar Office (November)
- Ali Abdo Abdallah Al-Manakhi from Deanship of Postgraduate Studies (December)
All the winners were given the certificates of appreciation from the management of the university along with cash prizes. The awards are based on several evaluations from their daily reports, performance and their punctuality with good attendance as well as their commitment to their job.
