MEDIU’s 44th Academic Senate Meeting

MEDIU’s CEO; Prof. Dr. Mohammad Khalifa Al-Tamimi chaired the 44t^th Academic Senate Meeting for the year 2014 on Thursday, 11 September 2014. The meeting was attended by Deputy CEO from all respective departments and academic deans. Throughout the session, various agenda on academic areas were being addressed and discoursed amongst the senate members.

Among the discussions that have been agreed and approved by the senate members are as follows:

• To award the student [MHD111AL187] majoring Master in ‘Ulum Al-Hadith (By Research)
• To award the student [PFQ111AK506] majoring PhD in Fiqh (By Research)
• To award the student [PQD123AX935] majoring PhD in Qada’ and Siyasah Syar’iyyah (By Research)
• To award the student [MFQ113AP642] majoring Master in Fiqh (Structure B) with CGPA:3.83
• To award the student [MFQ113AQ230] majoring Master in Fiqh (Structure B) with CGPA:3.91
• To enroll applicant [ADM14BI096] through open-entry for Master in Da’wah (By Research)
• To assign all Deputy CEO’s to hold discussion with the Ministry of Education, MQA in regards of the  implementation on credit equivalency.
