MEDIU 42nd Executive Management Council (EMC) Meeting

MEDIU’s CEO; Prof. Dr. Mohammad Khalifa Al-Tamimi chaired its 42^nd EMC meeting for 2014 on Thursday, 11 September 2014. The meeting was attended by Deputy CEO’s from all respective departments as well as executive management level. Various agenda were being addressed and discoursed in the meeting.

The EMC has agreed and approved on the matter as follow:

• To approve on the recommendation to waive tuition fees for MEDIU’s staff whom which to pursue postgraduate studies in MEDIU under the ‘Staff Study Fellowship Program’.
• To endorse the intellectual property copy rights for the contents of the University’s website.
• To reserve the year of 2015 as year for research and publication, to raise fund to participate in international conference and seminars.
• To approve on the distribution of subjects of on-campus lecturers for the Faculty of Islamic Sciences (Feb 2014).
