MEDIU 41st Executive Management Council (EMC) Meeting

MEDIU’s CEO; Prof. Dr. Mohammad Khalifa Al-Tamimi chaired its 41^st EMC meeting for 2014 on Tuesday, 9 September 2014. The meeting was attended by Deputy CEO’s from all respective departments as well as executive management level. Various agenda were being addressed and discoursed in the meeting.

The EMC has agreed and approved on the matter as follow:

• To approve on the recommendation on the formation of Scopus Committee by Deanship of Scientific Research as follows:
  • Asst. Prof. Dr. Sekou Toure (Chairman)
  • Asst. Prof Dr.Amirl sharzad (Member)
  • Mr.Wael Yafoz (Member)
  • Asst.Prof. Dr. Shadi M.S. Hilles (Member)
  • Mr.Karam Qubsi (Member)
  • Mr.Hamzah Al-Shorman (Member)
• To appoint student ‘Mr.Hakkar Fouzi’ as part time for MEDIU Library.
• To appoint ‘Mr.Fouad Bounama’ as lecturer in Department of Hadith, Faculty of Islamic Sciences.
• The International Student Unit (ISU) will not process any visa renewal for suspended students.
