MEDIU’s Deputy CEO of Academic Affairs Division; Assoc. Prof.Dr Wan Mat Wan Sulaiman chaired the 41st Executive Management Council on Thursday, 27 October 2016. The meeting was attended by Deputy CEO’s from all respective departments as well as executive management level. Various agenda were being addressed and discoursed in the meeting.
The EMC has agreed and approved on the matter as follow:
- To approve on the renewal proposal of the EBSCO Host Database subscription.
- To approve on the renewal proposal of the Turnitin service subscription.
- To approve on the appointment of ‘Assoc. Prof. Nor Laila Md Noor’ from Faculty of Computer and Mathematical Science, UiTM as external examiner for the evaluation of PhD in ICT program.
- To approve on the appointment of ‘Asst. Prof. Dr. Maged Mustafa Mahyoub Al-Dubai’ as Head, Economic & Administrative Sciences Department for Faculty of Finance and Administrative Sciences.
- To approve on the purchase of insurance from AIA company with terms and conditions applied.
- To appoint ‘Eng. Kamarulzaman bin Md.Nor’ as lab technician for the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering (part time)
- To approve ‘Eng, Yousef Ali Mohammed Al-Gumaei’ as Deputy Dean, Faculty of Engineering.
