4/2015 Executive Management Council(EMC) Meeting

MEDIU’s CEO; Prof. Dr. Mohammad Khalifa Al-Tamimi chaired the 4^th Executive Management Council (EMC) meeting on Thursday, 15 January 2015. The meeting was attended by Deputy CEO’s from all respective departments as well as executive management level. Various agenda were being addressed and discoursed in the meeting.

The EMC has agreed and approved on the matters as follows:

• To approve ‘Assoc.Prof.Dr. Ainol Madziah Zubairi from UIAM’ as external trainer for measurement and evaluation of training program.
• To approve on the recommendation on the renewal of Mr.Dramane Guire as Administrative Assistant, Department of Reference Service and Information for a period of 3 months.
• To approve recommendation by Egypt Committee of the assessment payment allowance for administrative positions is 75% in quarterly reports for faculty members of the distance learning.
• To assign ‘Miss Eman Hassan Saber’ as Deputy Assistant, Academic Affairs of Education Guidance and Supervision. (Egypt)
• To assign ‘Dr.Abdel Karim Ahmed Maghawry’ as Director, Centre of Languages for distance learning. (Egypt)
• To assign ‘Dr.Amal Mahmoud Ibrahim’ as Director, College of Education and Deputy Head, Department of Education for distance learning. (Egypt)
• To release ‘Dr.Abdullah Ramadan Khalaf Morsi’ as Head, Consultancy Centre in Scientific Research Deanship.
• To assign ‘Dr.Issam Foda’ as Deputy Vice Dean, Library Affairs for Indexing and Quality. (Egypt)
• To assign ‘Dr.Walid Massad’ as Deputy Vice Dean, Library Affairs for Publishing Rules and Web Links. (Egypt)
• To release ‘Dr.Mohammed Ibrahim Mohammed Alhalawani’ as Deputy Dean, Postgraduate Education Subjects for Review and Obstetrics.(Egypt)
• To release ‘Dr.Amal Mahmoud Ibrahim’ as Vice Deputy Dean, Postgraduate Studies for Scientific Management of Online Education. (Egypt)
• To release ‘Dr.Mohammad Rafiqul Islam’ as Vice Deputy Dean, Graduate Students Affairs of Admission and Registration for distance learning. (Egypt)
• To release ‘Dr. Ahmed Faris’ as Assistant Undersecretary for International Relations.
