33/2015 Executive Management Council (EMC) Meeting

MEDIU’s CEO; Prof. Dr. Mohammad Khalifa Al-Tamimi chaired the 33^rd Executive Management Council (EMC) meeting on Thursday, 11 June 2015. The meeting was attended by Deputy CEO’s from all respective departments as well as executive management level. Various agenda were being addressed and discoursed in the meeting.

The EMC has agreed and approved on the matter as follow:

• To approve on the distribution of subjects of on-campus lecturers for the Faculty of Engineering of April 2015 intake.
• To approve on the MoU signing between MEDIU and Amman Arab University, Jordan.
• To approve on the MoU signing between MEDIU and Al Imama AlBukhari Center for Scientific Center and Islamic Studies, Lebanon.
• To appoint ‘ Prof. Dr. Islam Faisal Abdul-Rahman Bourini’ as Head of Department, Islamic Banking and Finance.
• To approve on the Iftar Ramadhan 2015 programs for MEDIU’s students with the committee members as below:
  • Ahmed Albalawi – Financial officer
  • Abduloh Usof – Services officer
  • Bakare Kazeem – Public lecture
  • Abu Bakar and Fakhrul islam – Assistant
• To approve on conducting short courses for students in June 2015 by Faculty of Finance and Administrative Sciences as below:
