3/2015 Academic Senate Meeting

MEDIU’s CEO; Prof. Dr. Mohammad Khalifa Al-Tamimi chaired the 3^rd Academic Senate Meeting for the year 2015 on Tuesday, 20 January 2015. The meeting was attended by Deputy CEO from all respective departments and academic deans. Throughout the session, various agenda on academic areas were being addressed and discoursed amongst the senate members.

Among the discussions that have been agreed and approved by the senate members are as follows:

• To approve on the Bachelor programs graduating students (online/on campus)f from Sept 2014 semester for the Faculty of Finance and Administrative Sciences as follows:
  • On Campus – Sept 2010—2011, Feb 2011-2012
  • On Line – Feb & Sept 2011
• To approve on 20 Bachelor programs graduating students (online/on campus) from Sept 2014 semester for the Faculty of Computer and Information Technology as follows:
  • On Campus – Feb & Sept 2011
  • On Line – Sept 2010-2011, Feb 2011
• To approve on 6 Bachelor programs graduating students (online/on campus) from Sept 2014 semester for the Faculty of Languages as follows:
  • On Campus – Feb & Sept 2011
  • On Line – Feb & Sept 2011
• To approve on 39 Bachelor programs graduating students (online/on campus) from Sept 2014 semester for the Faculty of Islamic Sciences as follows:
  • On Campus – Feb 2011-2012, Sept 2011-2012
  • On Line – Feb 2011-2012, Sept 2011-2012
