18/2015 Executive Management Council(EMC) Meeting

MEDIU’s CEO; Prof. Dr. Mohammad Khalifa Al-Tamimi chaired the 18^th Executive Management Council (EMC) meeting on Friday, 20 March 2015. The meeting was attended by Deputy CEO’s from all respective departments as well as executive management level. Various agenda were being addressed and discoursed in the meeting.

The EMC has agreed and approved on the matters as follows:

• To approve on the distribution of subjects of on-campus lecturers for the Faculty of Languages (Feb 2015)
• To approve on part time lecturer ‘Asst.Prof.Dr.Zahra Khalid Al-Obeidi’ to teach on campus subjects [GARB5293], [GARB5333] for Feb 2015 intake.
• To approve on part time lecturer ‘Eshraga Elrahaim Mohamed’ to teach on campus subjects [PARD1113] for Feb 2015 intake.
• To approve on the on-campus and on-line subjects distribution for Sept2014 intake for Mr.Abdulaziz Mohammed Ahmed Ateik.
• To assign ‘Prof.Dr.Jamal Ahmed Badi’ as external examiner for Bachelor of Da’wah and Usuluddin / Mastert of Aqidah (Structure B&C).
• To assign ‘Prof.Dr.Ibrahim Zahari’ as external examiner for Master of Business Administration (MBA).
• To assign ‘Prof.Dr.Mohamed Fuad Mohd Saleh’ as external examiner for Master of Islamic Banking and Finance.
• To promote ‘Shaker Bany Melhem’ as Asst.Prof as he has been awarded with a PhD.
• To assign new candidate as follows:

• To assign ‘Asst.Prof.Waleed Mohammad Salah’ as Deputy Head, Arabic Department.
• To approve on the Administrative of Marketing Department candidates in Egypt as follows:

  2. Hebatallah
  3. Ahmad Kamal
