17/2016 Academic Senate Meeting

MEDIU’s CEO; Prof. Dr. Mohammad Khalifa Al-Tamimi chaired the 17^th Academic Senate Meeting on Friday, 15 April 2016. The meeting was attended by Deputy CEO from all respective departments and academic deans. Throughout the session, various agenda on academic areas were being addressed and discoursed amongst the senate members.

Among the discussions that have been agreed and approved by the senate members are as follows:

• To award the student [PUF131BA055] majoring PhD in Usul Al-Fiqh (By Research)
• To award the student [MEC123AU302] majoring Master of Economics (By Research)
• To look into the termination of student [BCE141BF272] due to low CGPA and failed two subjects in subsequent semesters.
• To approve the final results for Foundation in Arabic Language and Islamic Science (Feb 2016).
