12/2017 Executive Management Council(EMC) Meeting

MEDIU’s CEO; Prof. Dr. Mohammad Khalifa Al-Tamimi chaired the 12^th Executive Management Council on Thursday, 30 March 2017. The meeting was attended by Deputy CEO’s from all respective departments as well as executive management level. Various agenda were being addressed and discoursed in the meeting.

The EMC has agreed and approved on the matter as follow:

• To forward university’s financial budget of 2017 to the Council Meeting.
• To approve on HR Manpower Plan for 2017.
• To approve ACD’s Operational Plan and Quantitative Objectives for the current year.
• To approve STD’s Operational Plan and Quantitative Objectives for the current year.
• To approve R&D’s Operational Plan and Quantitative Objectives for the current year.
• To approve Technology Division Operational Plan and Quantitative Objectives for the current year.
• To approve Finance Division Operational Plan and Quantitative Objectives for the current year.
• To approve AAD’s Operational Plan and Quantitative Objectives for the current year.
• To approve IRD’s Operational Plan and Quantitative Objectives for the current year.
• To approve Registrar Division Operational Plan and Quantitative Objectives for the current year.
• To standardize and review of Quantitative Objectives to follow a standard methodology.
