1/2017 Executive Management Council(EMC) Meeting

MEDIU’s CEO; Prof. Dr. Mohammad Khalifa Al-Tamimi chaired the 1^st Executive Management Council for the year 2017 on Friday,6 January 2017. The meeting was attended by Deputy CEO’s from all respective departments as well as executive management level. Various agenda were being addressed and discoursed in the meeting.

The EMC has agreed and approved on the matter as follow:

• To tranfer ‘Hakkar Fauzi’ from Deanship of Library Affairs to Internet Application Administration.
• To approve on the 4^th Quarter Staff Gathering for 2016 on Friday, 13 January 2017.
• To appoint the academic advisors and external examiners as requested by MQA to access the academic programs as follows:
  • Prof. Dr.Syed Ahmad Sheikh Aljunid – Bachelor of Computer Science (Hons) in Computer Networking
  • Shahrul Mohamed Noah – Master in ICT (E-Enterprise)
  • Prof Dr Enti Wati Mohammed Luqman – Diploma in Information Technology
  • Prof. Dr. Wan Adilah Wan Adnan – Final Exams Question of Bachelor’s programs
  • Prof. Norehan Abdul Manaf – Final Exams Question of Master’s programs
• To appoint ‘Asst. Prof. Dr. Omar Bahjet Abdulghafoor’ as Deputy Dean, Faculty of Engineering.
